For 10 years now, the Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition has been the guide to quality international wines and spirits for the booming Asian market. The awards offer Asian consumers and trade buyers the ultimate guide to purchasing wine and spirits chosen specifically for the Asian consumer by Asia’s top wine professionals. The competition commissioned me to deliver a stronger, more iconic identity for their brand.
This formed the second part of the identity design, after the logo design, and following on from the spirit of the logo design – this graphic concept for the event blends a traditional Asian aesthetic style with photographs taken from the prestigious tasting event and gala dinner.
